Yeah, he is! He's also an amazing actor...he's got tons of range. Jason Alexander's also an amazing director. Jackson played the hell out of Major Jasper Whitlock.
This was the performance that made me realize that Jackson Rathbone was actually talented. Watch the scenes when he has to play amanda and tell me that you don't get chills down your spine. It is weird to say how good he is at playing a woman. As it is, I liked his performance in Twilight much better than in Last Airbender, but this one is the best I have seen him in. It may be the same problem that happened to some of the actors in the Star Wars prequels. They have talent, but not enough to save them from directing mistakes
Agree. Specially with Star Wars. I mean, you see Natalie Portman in Star Wars and you say she is a good actress, that's it. But then you see her in black swan and WOW. And Jackson I loved him as Jasper and I loved his acting in here too
I felt so so so bad for Adam, he was a poor victim, Amanda was the murderer. :'( Jackson Rathbone, Twilight Saga didn't let us see how amazingly talented you are, I'm in awe. ^-^
I don't think you understand the point of the episode. Amanda wasn't a murderer; she was a protector. She protected Adam in his abuse and was targeting the alpha males because being in the same area as the father once again sparked a reaction or an instinct for her to keep protecting Adam even though there was nothing he needed protection from anymore.
Anastasia Parafestas I understand your point, but it doesn't change the fact that she killed people. They were assholes, but not all of them did harm to Adam, who was actually an innocent who could go to jail because of her.
This episode of the show was amazing. Jackson's performance was absolutely genius and I'd be surprised if he didn't win an award for it. Pure acting brilliance.
Although this is a horrible interpretation of dissociative identity disorder (multiple personality disorder is an outdated term), the actor playing Adam and Amanda did an amazing job
on this interview he makes his mum cry in a twilight one he tells a story about how a t-shirt offends his dad who teaches the bible in sunday school in texas haha i absolutely love jackson rathbone xxx
This is my *favourite* episode- there's only other one that I like equally- not to say the other ones aren't incredible, but this has Jackson's powerhouse performance - it blew my mind.
I've always been a BIG fan of "Criminal Minds", and still am, even though Thomas Gibson and Shemar Moore are no longer on the show. This is, without a doubt, one of my all time favorite episodes of the series. Jackson did an AMAZING job as Adam/Amanda-such an incredible tour de' force opportunity for an actor to showcase his chops.
One of the many reasons I'm looking forward to seeing Jackson in "New Moon" is this very episode. I loved how Jackson could snap between the Adam/Amanda personas. Plus, I
aaaahhhh Jackson is an amazing actor!!1 I really love this episode, and with this "behind the scenes" OMG I just look the pictures of this but the video is great Thanks for this video!!!!
whats funny is that jason alexander played an unsub in season 4 and then a couple of episodes later he's back as a director i luv what he said about the wig
aaaaawwwwwww I love this episode. when I first saw it was Jackson Rathbone was in it I jumped up and down in excitment. I'm a total groopie for Jackson Rathbone. The sexyist daddy in the world.
Don't you just hate it when a guy is hotter than you when he dresses up as a girl? Jackson Rathbone, Cillian Murphy in Breakfast on Pluto, Jude Law in Rage, Gael Garcia Bernal in Bad Education... to name a few!
'now we make my mother cry...sorry mom.' considering he's the only boy out of 4 children, I'm sure Jackson's mummie was used to him getting tortured by the girls and being their living doll
I think what just surprised me is that Jackson rsrhbone looks fucking petite next to matthew gray gubler. And he was one of the taller ones in twilight. What the fuck
The next time someone says Jackson's a bad actor, I'm gonna kindly point them in the direction of this episode and tell them to suck it. Because it was Criminal Minds that made me really love him and see how talented he is. He also makes a pretty women. :P
His character was nearly all the time in the background. There were a few scenes that proved his talent. Mostly with the newborns. I liked him very much in this one. It was back in 2009, I'm not sure if it was before or after the first Twilight movie, but it was this episode that got me interest in him. He did an excellent job. I think he has very much potential if he choses his movies/series wisely. The music adds to the whole package I guess. His charming sense of humor in interviews does for sure. :D
@waterlily85 Yeah. It was Jackson. He was imitating a cousin's accent. But he is NOT the one wearing the dresses and seducing the men. That's somebody else.
@heidimmt i think if they really turned him and Anna Kendrick and Ashley Greene and Kellen Lutz loose in Twilight, all those tweeners heads would explode and they'd realize that Kristen Stewart and R-Patz are more like little wooden puppets
Can we all just agree that Jackson Rathbone made one beautiful woman! Like no joke!
Victoria Jensen Omg Agreed. He was amazing.
Jackson Rathbone is just an amazing person in general
Yeah, he is! He's also an amazing actor...he's got tons of range. Jason Alexander's also an amazing director. Jackson played the hell out of Major Jasper Whitlock.

I know I got chills, that stare....wow
He's one hot man and makes a hot woman. And plus his acting is flawless!
I felt so so so bad for Adam, he was a poor victim, Amanda was the murderer. :'( Jackson Rathbone, Twilight Saga didn't let us see how amazingly talented you are, I'm in awe. ^-^

@@anastasiaparafestas9976 Amanda was both a protector and a murderer.
Jackson Rathbone is so a good, I can't believe that he doesn't get more Jobs.
who else thinks they should make an episode where Adam comes back and all this really dramatic stuff happens
Jackson Rathbone is one beautiful woman.
This episode of the show was amazing. Jackson's performance was absolutely genius and I'd be surprised if he didn't win an award for it. Pure acting brilliance.
A lot of girls would kill to look half as good.
Jackson is such a pretty guy. He played this part perfectly
"And now we make my mother cry" that made me lol
This was a great episode! Never would have guessed what was up with Adam
This episode was epic. I watch it over and over. Jackson was amazing. And Matthew as always did amazing.

They look so similar its scary
Although this is a horrible interpretation of dissociative identity disorder (multiple personality disorder is an outdated term), the actor playing Adam and Amanda did an amazing job
best.episode.ever.

"now we make my mother cry... sorry mom"
haha.
funny x
i hope he gets recognized more.. he's a real talent
I agree that Jackson's going to be a huge star. Everything I've seen him in, he's been incredible. I could see him having a career like Johnny Depp.
" time to make my mother cry " I don't know why but that line made me laugh
This is my *favourite* episode- there's only other one that I like equally- not to say the other ones aren't incredible, but this has Jackson's powerhouse performance - it blew my mind.
lol Jackson is more beautiful as a woman than I am.
The entire time I was like "I know him..." but then I finally realized that its JASPER FROM TWILIGHT IM SHOOK
This is the episode that caught my attention and got me into Criminal Minds.
Really? Interesting that's cool.

4. The episode was 4x20: "Conflicted."
whats funny is that jason alexander played an unsub in season 4 and then a couple of episodes later he's back as a director i luv what he said about the wig
That was actually one of my favorite episodes. *spoiler* I had no idea it was Amanda at the end. The reveal was so intense.
This kid is SOOOOOOO GOOD. It's a shame that the Twilight saga didn't show how AMAZING this dude's acting is.
jackson rathbone is just so amazing. he can do lyk, anything :O this was so freakin brilliant ♥
Honestly, I would not recognize him in his women form. He's a really great actor, I wish we could see him more.
"And this one was just a transformation... and that's a pun.. TRANSformation" gotta love J-Bone
aaaaawwwwwww I love this episode. when I first saw it was Jackson Rathbone was in it I jumped up and down in excitment. I'm a total groopie for Jackson Rathbone. The sexyist daddy in the world.
We were watching it, and my mom was like "Spencer has a brother?" It was so funny.
I totally agree! Jackson is an incredible actor! oO
I think he can't even show half of his talent in the Twilight series...
5:02 you called it Jason.
He was perfect in the vampire movies.
This is great episode and very spooky. The guy who played Adam/Amanda scared me.

Jackson Rathbone looks like a baby Reid!
I scrolled through the comments to see if anyone wrote this, because I thought exactly the same!
@@lenac.4192 I thought he looked like him when I watched the episode, and I'm still kinda shocked that, that's Jackson Rathbone
@MrMonkeyJackson Type this into the seach window:
"Jackson Rathbone at Newcon Acting Q&A Part 2"
At 3:16 of the video he says it.
...wait one of the directors was prof. Rothschild too? Yall just gloss over that.
HI JASPER
Where was this talent in the Twilight films?
