Hey Ashley, I’ve been going through a similar journey within the last couple of months. I’ve been dealing with nerve issues in my neck which caused my neck to become really stiff. I was trying to do all the right things to treat it like physio and chiro, but in reality I needed to listen to my body and just let it rest and relax on its own. Sometimes it’s ok to take things slow as hard as it seems. I really believe the guided mediation stuff that Elicia mentioned helps with regulating your nervous system which helps manage stress. I hope you feel better soon

I was going to phone my gp. To get my anxiety meds switched. I’ve stopped taking them because i thought i was getting side effects. Only to realise i only get side effects like hallucinations, nightmares when my ptsd triggered. So now I’m actively going to start routines to ground myself. Make routine or give myself space so that other people narcissistic behaviour doesn’t trigger my ptsd.
Omg my naturopathic physician said colloidal copper Nutrinoche tasteslike water 💦 IBS constipation disappeared omg. I didn’t know what normal felt like. 🎄👩🎤💕🥑👩🎤when you wake up drink warm water asap under sunshine on your eyes. I cut cucumber and lemon and heat just to warm. 😂 sending healing energy. 🎸🎼👛🏋🏿♀️🎄🎄🎄

I have same type of hair. And pale skin (mixed). At school, a lot of children laughed about my hair. My own boyfriend can't stop saying "I prefer straight hair, you would be more beautiful"... 😂 I'm still learning to love my natural hair anyway ✨️

Elicia, try adding some full fat coconut milk out of the can to the soup! It’s UNREAL. Will take it to the next level add a bit of sweetness and very filling. Also it’s a good healthy fat you could add to your oatmeal if you don’t like nut butters :)
I actually did use to make the soup with coconut milk and it was BOMB 😍 but also the cans are like 7$ here in Canada so I skipped out on it and just used a bit of milk this time 😂🤍 but good idea I actually have coconut butter that I forgot about so maybe I could add that into my oatmeal although I’m not really a coconut fan so maybe that will go very south😭🙏🏼 thanks babes!!!

That’s where I get mine. I’m dairy free and low carb so I use it in smoothies etc to get my fat in. but yeah, if you’re not a coconut fan I understand LOL
