I spent the day with the AKHA HILL TRIBE PEOPLE in Doi Chang (amazing experience in Chiang Rai) 🇹🇭

- Today we spent another day in the mountains of Northern Thailand, this time in Doi Chang! We visited the famous Doi Chaang Coffee Plantation and factory to learn about how Thailands BIGGEST coffee brand make their coffee and enjoyed a coffee tasting.
After that we had an amazing experience learning how to make coffee the traditional way from the Akha people, a hill tribe that lives in the Doi Chang area.
We finished our day with some traditional Akha food before going back to Chiang Rai to have dinner at Chivit Thamma Da!

I'll tell you my secret recipe for Milo. You can make an easy one with only 2 ingredients 1. milo powder (3in1 300g. bag) 2. Dutch Mill Selected pasteurized plain milk blue 400ml. bottle. I usually drink about 20% of the milk and then pour milo powder as much as you like the more you put in the sweeter it gets. All this can buy from every 7-11.
I just told her last week if she craves it and can’t find one, just buy MILO UHT from 7/11 and shake it with ice!!!
