Instagram can sometime be a little buggy. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed and try to make sure all other apps running in the background are closed.
Hi I am not an android user but are you just looking for the attachment to hold your phone or an entire tripod? for the attachment try Neewer and I have a geekoto tripod. Hope that helps
When yo tap the align feature it shows you a faint outline of the last frame so you can use this to match up positioning of yourself or objects to get a better more precise transition.
