I love how Tr-Blend calls it the Minecraft House. Yes, this was the promo Markus saw too. Then he outbid Jay-Z and Beyonce and bought it. It is NOT unlike any other house in Beverly Hills. More ridiculousness from Tri-Blend. The neighbors are even more spectacular. But it is on a finger ridge with no typical side-by-side neighbor. And breathtaking unobstructed views. Quite a house to be sure.

@@SeaJayBelfast Well, it's not just a "dream house" but also an investment. And buying a new, postmodern, giant mansion in Beverly Hills is one of the best investments you could make these days. So it does make a lot of sense, even if it doesn't perfectly fit your taste of if you can't make use of all that free space. And who knows how much time Notch has spent in that house anyway? Probably not too much...

Actually, even at $70,000,000, it's a great deal, if you can afford it. No doubt, the neighbors love the $20 million or more in appreciation to all of the properties in the neighborhood that this sale brought. And when it does sell again for $85 mil+, and it WILL sell again, the property values will rise yet again. I tell you, once you HAVE money in this world, you have it made as large money becomes magnetic and attracts even more money.

That lot is not 100 acres you need to learn the difference between square feet and square meters. That lot is 46k sq ft which is 1 acre not 96...

Inside, I think space is bit of waisted unless u want to drive into the lounge room by a car from another side of the house. Cause I have already car park almost in the bar lounge.
Dining place with beautifull dining tables yes, but it looks more like an luxury restaurant with these two enormous long tables and multiple chairs. It's targeted to party house.
Same with elongated bar , like in the club.
But I like materials used there. For party house ,think pool should be bit larger
