@@56oma7 It’s hard to describe. I might not do a very good job but I’ll try. It’s like actions or sounds that can either help you relax or give you ASMR tingles l. Examples include medical roleplays, hair brushing, personal attention (my favorite, I especially like watching the real person videos), positive affirmations , cleaning desks, fingernail tapping. There are so many different types of ASMR. Each of those actions can help viewers relax or give them tingles from the scalp down to the neck/spine, and that’s why they’re called triggers. I hope this helps. I might not have done a very good job explaining. Sorry.
