How long are the stir sticks? I want to make one. When you first started the video you had 4 sticks attached to a center piece, why is the center piece so croocked? Was that on purpose or just trying to get the sticks in the center? Love your work.
Thanks for your interest, Monica Ortiz. The sticks are about 7" 1/2 long and they're selling at most craft and dollar stores. The center piece was crooked because I did it on purpose, but I found out that it wasn't necessary. The roof took along time to complete, but I didn't really satisfy with the result. I hope you have fun.
where can you get that long ice cream stick? did you combine the regular sized one and glued it together or what? craft store near my areas only sold the regular sized one so i was curious^^
Hi Reita X. Bought them at my local dollar store and it came with that regular size, or you can look for coffee sticks / stir sticks. I live in Canada, and most dollar stores here are selling them. Boil the popsicle sticks and then curve it at the time when its hot and wet. In this you can bend the pieces of popsicle sticks.
