@HunterOnHive correct me if I m wrong here but F2P players get ready for huge setback,
so if the exchange shop will provide 4 piece set every reset and suppose you want to grab all the 3 sets then, you need 4x3 = 12 artifacts that costs 1,800 each that turns out to be 1,800 x 12 = 21,600 exchange materials. Now +7 is the sweet spot cause it waste less resources and will grant you 63 points each. But for +7 also you need about 17-20 chips and around 8-9k gold each. So for 21,600 exchange material you would need 21,600 / 63 = 343 artifacts which is not a big deal, but to get these artifacts to +7 you would need 343 x 20 = 6,860 chips and 343 x 9,000 = 3,087,000 gold just to obtain those new artifacts.
