Thank you for this video! My daughter's headlight went out, and she has been driving without 2 headlights. I told her there is a RUclips video how to change it. Thank you for helping women do these things! 💚💙
The driver's side is more difficult than it looks. They didn't show how to remove all the stuff in the way to get to the headlight and some of the bumper to pull out if that car has never been in any front end accident. Because then the headlights housing is stuck to the bumper on purpose so good luck.
@@susanking9502 so was I when I did the same thing. Remember that the light bulbs from the factory are longer lasting than the ones from your local auto part store. In my experience after buying the best ones from autozone over and over and they kept burning out faster. But if you buy LEDs from the auto part store they will cost about $100 dollars for the front one's and they last forever. The box will say fog light only and one of them will very slightly flicker... but they will last forever. I haven't bought a pair of headlights for over 2 years now. When installing them they won't click like the original ones do but if you keep turning them inside the housing they click over and over and they eventually sit and never move. One time one of them did move and it was shining the light but not towards the front and on the ground. So remember to check them after going over major bumps by parking in front of a wall somewhere afterwards.

Great video...but some things may look easier than they actually are. - I had to replace the left low beam bulb (KIA Forte 2018) and although I appreciated the fairly nice design of the bulb compartment cover, once I had pulled out the bulb holder and un-plugged the bulb and replaced with a (criminally expensive) bulb from Pep Boys here in Westchester, Los Angeles, putting the holder and bulb back in place was so impossible - there are no detectable features that could help guide bulbholder to "snap" into place - so one is left fumbling with the item blindly and in a cramped place, until one gives up....so I managed to put it roughly in a workable position that was "acceptable" if not optimal, and then I padded the inside of the cover so that it would function to position bulb and holder...and it has worked, but...it's hardly ideal... Now I have to replace front left signal bulb...and I expect that to be about as difficult if not worse...

...no, at that time I just tried to find a bulb that matched what was "on the other side" (not LED) - the reason I found this video was I tried to "educate" myself again on replacing the front left signal bulb...it was "easier" (and I replaced with conventional bulb, same as on the right hand side) - I appreciate KIA's solution there....a long "shaft" that can be taken out in its entirety with no cables or contacts to worry about, very nice...but again, since it was on the left side, it was a very "cramped" space...but I managed... I would love to go LED for every single bulb in the vehicle, but assume that would be to expensive to consider and it would be a hellish operation if I tried to do it myself....but it would be nice....
...well, I did it and it was NOT as hard as I had feared - ...I "learned" from the right hand side signal bulb holder, which is easier to deal with and I applied that to the left hand side...cramped, but doable...(did I already post this...?)

@@El_Pelon91 Do you want to install red, orange led lights on interior lights?
LASFIT Auto Lighting yes
@@El_Pelon91 It's pity to tell you that red, orange light do not fit 2016 Kia Forte interior lights. Because the interior lights are festoon lights, only white lights are available.

There is still 1 (one) light on the side of the front that is not listed. Is this replaceable?

How do you change the fog lights?
This Forte in the video does not have fog lights. Actually, it is not hard to change the fog lights.
1. Usually, you can reach the fog light location under the car, or by opening the fender liner from the wheel.
2. Twist out the fog lights
3. Unplug the power cable
4. Install LED bulbs
What is the lastfit fog beam light model to replace?
Will these work on a Forte5?
Also if I get the low and high beams what adapter do I need to buy
Hi, what's the year of your Forte5? To make sure you'll get the right LED bulbs, it's better to take some photos of the factory high beam and low beam bulbs & housing socket & power plug to send us for a look.

I have a F5 sx 2017 with halogen and the low beam fit very nice, easy install. Also did the interior which are all DE3175. Fogs are h11b but I'll change those later because you have to change from h11b to h11(more options) which its a little bit of work.
