Cocktail Cakei#recipes
Ingredients:
1. 1 15oz can of Fruir Cocktail
2. 1 cup Self-rising Flour
3. 1 cup Sugar
4. Butter (Cold Partial Stick) for greasing dish
5. 8 x 8 dish
6. Readi- Whip or Cool Whip
Rub dish generously with cold butter. Mix flour, and sugar thoroughly. Add fruit cocktail with juice . again mixing thoroughly. Put in 8 x 8 dish.
Bake in pre-heated oven ( I used Ninja XL Oven) at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool and serve with readi-whip, cool whip or ice cream .

❤I feel like it would've baked up fluffier if self-rising flour was used...but, I'll demure to those that have baked it many times before! Anyone ever try that?
