In this Excel VBA video tutorial, we will develop a customer visit scheduling system using Excel VBA containing registration, modification and deletion tasks. It is a complete system, and it can be used within any establishment that works with client scheduling, such as: Dental Clinics, Barbershops, Beauty Centers, Beauty Salons, Spa and much more.
The way the data will be presented in this Scheduling System will be easy to read and interpret. All the schedules of the current day will be presented inside a ListView highlighted in larger size, and the schedules or tasks of the next days will be presented in smaller ListView controls. All in table form, containing columns that bring the information of each appointment, such as customer, time, service and employee.
Changing the ListView data, as well as deleting each line of sub-items will happen thanks to the addition of controls created in “Runtime”, which will be aligned to the right of the ListView.
Both the creation of the controls in "Runtime" and the execution of the actions of changes and deletions of tasks will take place using Class Modules. In addition, Click(), MouseMove() and MouseDown() effects will also be performed with the creation of Classes.
The registration of a new schedule is the only task that will be performed separately, through a simple registration form. All other events, subs and functions will be executed within the main scheduling form.
