Beautiful trails, awesome video as usual! I've always wondered what these trails were like, we ride snowmobiles here but never took our 4 wheelers. Thanks for sharing 🙂 If you guys get a chance, ride the Indian Gardens ORV trails just north of Harbor springs, Michigan, those are our go to trails for ATV and snowmobiling, beautiful sites with great food locations. Now these are not as tight and technical as a lot of the 50" or less trails, but there is some good spots! We normally stay at the Pellston Lodge, but there are camp sites around the trail system . The camp sites in Wilderness state park look nice 🙂
Do you think someone could do it without GPS because some of those areas were pretty thick and I’m guessing your GPS led you in the right direction and you know the trail system very well. One area in particular it looks like you’re in the middle of nowhere cutting your own trail. Also Just wanted to say that’s one of the best 4 Wheeling videos I’ve EVER SEEN !! and I watch a lot. Thanks again.
I would guess it could be done without a gps but we do use one for just about every ride so can't say I've done that myself. This was a fun trail but also one of the tightest trails I've been on in some sections. The advantage of a nice gps is if one doesn't like the tight trails they can jump off them for a mile or two then jump back on the 50 inch or less after them.
In your video, you stated after you leave the trailhead parking lot you come to a split then you mentioned that you go to the right but in the video you go straight could you please clarify ? watch your channel all the time and you do a great job as always. Thank you for your productions, Thomas.
Go to the part of the video at 24:54 and I'm showing the split I'm talking about, I did this once we got to it towards the end of the ride. Basically you go out a 50 inch or less trail from the parking lot and come to this spot 24:54 -- we went to the right at it. In that split part of the trail you can go right or left but there is a 24 inch or less trail that goes straight out of it. I did not show that part (the split) going out only coming back in
Was in 2 high, only mistake I made was having to stop with the downed leaves and mud so wet on the hill then when I went to go again the wheels just spun. Put it in 4 high and was fine after, I think if it was dry 2 wheel drive is totally fine.
@DirtyJakTheDustyBean I watched some of those tight trail clips again, and I can see your point about the mud and wet leaves. Low would be an excessive amount of tork given those conditions. How would you rate the King Quads power steering through those technical trails on a scale of 1-10?
@@fistcover3831with the grey King Quad I would rate it around a 7 with the red one around a 5. Surprised how much of a difference the tires make. The good about is it soaks up roots and stumps extremely well. The bad is it would be nice to have more assistance from it in the tight stuff.
Also, I might like to add that was a beautiful ride colors were phenomenal.
We caught far better colors than we thought we would catch.
Great Video. Dusty Bean is Way Better Looking 😅😅
Absolutely agree!

Thank you for the information! Would love to check that area out, we will do some research and I think set up a trip to check that out!

Thanks for the updated information.
Still watching, but are you in high on those steep climbs? Or were you switching to low occasionally?
Love the ride and great scenery btw
