That's the way to do it....When I used to snowplow, I would push the snow back as far as possible to make room for future storms. Otherwise, things get narrower and narrower as the plow piles fresh snow against previous snow piles. My Dad used to have a backhoe and during snowy winters, we'd use the front bucket to push snow far back when things built up too much.
What a storm! This isn't a complaint, but I noticed you cleared a large section next to your car across from the house but never used it. Instead of moving the snow all over the place makung mounds everywhere, why don't you stockpile it there to get it out of the way? You have a creekbed behind it for the melting snow to run into! If you have deep snow, you can't do much anyway!
Can't understand why you were concerned about getting the tractor stuck in a little bit of snow?? And if you were concerned to start with why didn't you just remove the snow?
@@EverythingElliott 🤣 no thanks! I sold the shovel ! I actually owned a Hardscape business outside of Boston and did winter plowing & snow removal for years. We called it 🩸 blood money. We made a fortune but It’s a hell of a way to earn. Good luck Bro!
Your choice of a climbing stand is a good one!!

Most of the snow from this storm will melt anyway and I'll have to start all over anyway...Thanks for watching!
Yep, it was a bit frustrating seeing the earlier video and the push stop short when it was predicted to be a 5 foot storm.
Yep
That's fun pushing Banks back when the snow is sticky you can get a lot in your bucket and normally the weather is nice and mild out enjoyable
Like a big kid playing with toys!
Also thank you for your APPRECIATION to your Elliott
You just had a workout! 🤣 True commitment from an old man, it gets harder with time.
Oh I can already tell a difference between now and 10 years ago
I was totally thinking about you guys in the southern part with the thaw after the storm
Everywhere you look is a pond now
I can only imagine how much weight is sitting on top of the roof of your house, I get up on mine and shove it off the gets too thick.
Who knows...a lot is the only correct answer...Last year I put the snow blower up there when it got really bad.
I bought my trailer in 2012 I keep it off the road during the winter months & it still looks new!
That ole girl is a 1989, almost belongs in a museum
Great videos, keep up the hard work
Thanks man!

I think I’m going to switch it up and start putting it all there next storm, great idea! Thanks!
Yo Elliott… instead of getting that new bass boat in the spring get yourself a nice heated cab for the Kabota 😳😳🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I've been pretty good, maybe Santa will bring me both...

I was more concerned about the mud underneath than I was the snow. If you watch the video where I cleared that land you’ll see how muddy it really is
This is a much better video than the first one. I will do some things that will help you get more you-tube time
No more preparation for me! I moved South 2 decades ago.
Lucky you, want me to ship some of this snow to you? Free of charge!

Elliot you can't answer every comment, you will drive yourself nuts. But keep the videos coming. 👍
Hey I’m doing my best, thanks for watching!
At it again, needs done. snow melted that fast already?? U Should work at a Amazon warehouse as much stuff u moved this week.
Goes away just as fast as it came when the storm is this early in the winter!
What do you use for weights?
My rear tires are loaded, and the rear I have a home made ballast out of a 55 gallon drum filled with concrete
Are those snow piles heavy?
They sure do have some weight to
Em

You need a snow blower for that tractor would make your life a lot easier
I used to have a rear mount, wasn't worth the back/neck ache...A front mount would be the ticket.
