For a reinforced box 3” x 3” inside with 3/4” walls and 1/2” tall lid:
Thick white - 6” x 6”, scored at 3/4” and 1-1/2” on all sides
DSP - 5-1/16” x 5-1/16”, scored at 1/2” and 1” on all sides
