Gotta be the best utility top laner right? It would be a menace in lower rank But i wonder how will it fare in higher ranks. Though that utility of him is broken
He does bring great utility but maybe not as much as something like an Ornn, the problem Shen has is all his power is in his ultimate and his kit otherwise is pretty underwhelming!
