well that's kind of confuse to me in 4:50 so why don't you drag the anchor point of each word in the middle of this word ? i think it's easier than drag all the words to the same point and then move it back
I watched 10x and tried 10x but did not work out, Later only i noticed that you need to add "transform" effect onto your text and adjust the scale in the "transform" to get the effect work out...(which is not mentioned in the video, 3:03 to 3:07)...correct me if i am wrong...
Yes I was having trouble, so I added the transform effect to the text and it worked for me. Thanks for the tip and also big thanks to Chris for making this video.

Premiere has retired legacy title now, so text is your best way to go

Why is it so hard and lengthy to do such an easy animation? Shouldn't there be presets you can use for these kinds of things?
I agree. You can do this in after effects in a few minutes, but premiere is much slower

1:53, would be faster to create a mask, then copy and just move the mask on each one. this method saves a lot of clicks
And now in 2022 some youtubers sell this kind of effect.

Absolutely. Just make sure all letters animate on at the same time. You will just need to line all of your key frames up
