I'm sad for her in that regard because she spoke about wanting to start a family etc. However I am so for her being on this self discovery self love journey. I've been following Megan for many many years and it's about time she finds whatever she seeks you know? Whether it be self love or a loving partner, regardless I'm here for it. If you watched a few videos back in LA she was ready to get married and have kids! That was HUGE for Megan, a complete mindshift compared to what her thoughts were years prior to that. I love this dating yourself concept so much. I accidentally had a whole day to myself when i went to a tattoo flash day and couldn't get an early slot so had to wait for 6 hours, and I took myself to lunch, went to the cinema, did some shopping, all without having to consider anyone but me and it was one of the best days I've had in a long time. I now recommend it to everyone!

I deal with my uncomfortable emotions by journaling! So I can be completely honest with myself and process it. Also getting in some movement so my body can process the feelings, like jumping or dancing.

Fun story: I saw Girl Talk in Austin a while ago. We floated the river for 4 hours during the day and the venue was at the end of the river. However, I forgot that your legs are just a susceptible to sunburn as the rest of your body so I didnt put sunscreen on them. I got such bad sunburn on them I couldnt move them and had to stand/sit in the back and pretty much just shoulder shimmy to every song. I also couldnt really walk for a few weeks after as well. Ahhh memories!

oo one moment that i was embarrassed about was when I had a panic attack at the dojo. I just watched the first episode of Dahmer on Netflix (I had to turn it off bc it triggered so many emotions) & when I got to my dojo, there was drama between people. I still have no idea what happened that day (which is why I no longer train there), but I forgave myself for experiencing human emotion bc it was my body protecting me from the unknown. I still have no idea what happened that day and that’s okay. I’m presently eating my Thanksgiving leftovers in peace and away from a toxic place that took advantage of me.
