From my experience they will have real person after like 24 hours, they have bots to deal with people and access the necessary information first after that they will have real person to help you, I forgot my supercell id but eventually able to recover from their service

In my experience, talking to the scammer/hacker is a complete waist of time. Best thing to to is immediately contact support, make sure no matter what to get a live agent. Be kind, don’t rush, and understand their POV. Do what they ask of you, if you can’t because you don’t have the information, tell them. They will probably ask for another piece of information. They can trust whatever information you give other then what the specifically ask for. Most importantly DO NOT GIVE UP! If necessary make new accounts to contact them. Trust me you won’t regret it. this happened to me too. first thing you need to talk with real people,not bot, then what they did is ban my account so the hacker couldn't have access anymore, then they unbanned it and they let me change the email. i didnt underestand the change they made, maybe you cant do it anymore but if you talk with them they will know what to do

theres how he probably did that 1. u probably were on a database leak / u ran a grabber 2. theres multiple account cracking tools that check incoming emails from these files. u can make ur own config etc 3. after they see an account they login and click "change password". after that they reset the password using your email. 4. after logging in they request email change with the new password. 5. the account is fully secured

I had the same problem, I kept doing the supercell application over and over again, one time I tried from a different device I owned and they asked me to answer questions about my account, like old usernames, all the devices I played it with, account creation date, and more Then it finally got unlocked and I gained it back, it took me a week

And after I explained them what happened with my account and the bot said that I activated the GDPR thing. After I can't do anything.

theres how he probably did that
1. u probably were on a database leak / u ran a grabber
2. theres multiple account cracking tools that check incoming emails from these files. u can make ur own config etc
3. after they see an account they login and click "change password". after that they reset the password using your email.
4. after logging in they request email change with the new password.
5. the account is fully secured

I had the same problem, I kept doing the supercell application over and over again, one time I tried from a different device I owned and they asked me to answer questions about my account, like old usernames, all the devices I played it with, account creation date, and more
Then it finally got unlocked and I gained it back, it took me a week
Wish I can get mine back like you was your account banned or just lost (like you don't have access to it)

I remember, contacting the bot again and again and again utnil they got me with a real person to chat. He/She gave me instructions and i recovored it.
