    Great video Allan! I have a badmo with apple brandy aging away that went in at 132 proof. I'm glad you provided that tidbit about slow proofing aged brandy more so. Looking forward to making a trip out to Indiana in the future to see your new set up!

    Do, Allan, you prefer filter water to destil one for proofing? I know you post some videos about sweet water, how sweet water position itself regarding destil and filter water? Is it better to go with sweet water instead filtered one? Cheers, and thanks for videos. Wish you best at new distillery.
