People who come to Qatar and stay for for six months or more without obtaining a residence permit will be deported immediately if they are caught because their stay is illegal. They will also be made to pay a fine for overstaying.
Anyone coming to Qatar seeking a residence permit should start the procedures within seven days of the date of entry. There is a three-month grace period for completing the procedures and anyone who exceeds this limit should have to pay the fine.
Those who come to Qatar on one-month visitor visas must leave the country before it expires, or will have to pay a QR200/day fine for overstaying. Those who don’t pay the fine will not be allowed back in the country.
When conducting inspections, the MOI has begun using a handheld device. “Using fingerprints, the device can give all data about a person in 20 seconds and we can know if he has a valid RP or he has run away from his sponsor.”

Hello brother I have a one question my current employer she give me a noc already and I apply to changing sponcer ship that is not at approved and also I didn't sign a contract paper because that lady she not give me aa two months salary and when I ask my salary she told me that me I have to pay for my visa transfer and my ID renewal even she want to make salary low also that's why didn't sign the contract paper and she remove me from the accommodation and now she talk to with current employer and she put me aa runaway case but am not a runaway please reply me bro thank you

Yes if you get someone to give a new visa but you can as well check in metrash using visa number and see if you have a ban

It will depend on your Employer if he still needs you or not
There is no Grace period for those short contract its only your Employer to recommend and retain you

@@ahmedmohammeddola4051 if you go to the ministry they will ask you to show you didn't run away for example if you have a copy of your contract, resignation letter you gave to company or the copy to show that company terminated you
