This is a very inexpensive recipe. All you need are a few basic ingredients and fresh, fluffy donuts are ready. I highly recommend it. They are fresh and soft for several days. Big surprise, I've never had better donuts. My family and friends love this recipe. The filling is incredibly delicious. No chemicals. Natural ingredients, you know what you're adding. I will never get bored of them. Don't waste time in long lines in the confectionery. This recipe is really very simple and quick. Warm homemade donuts in fresh oil. Much better than in the store.     Ingredients and recipe:
    100 ml warm whole milk
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    4 g instant yeast
    1 egg
    270 g bread flour
    Sift flour
    half a teaspoon of salt
    35 g melted butter (cooled down)
    Knead by hand for a few minutes

    3 egg yolks
    50 g sugar (4 tablespoons)
    25 g potato starch
    200 ml whole milk
    75 g heavy whipping cream
    40 g butter

    Divide it into 6 equal parts

    rest for 40 min

    1 liter of vegetable oil
    Heat oil to 160°C
    turn down heat to low
    Put 3 pieces of dough in
    Make sure you drop them

    Frying time depends on
