This version of the beat is originally Mobb Deep. What Havoc did was sample Barclay. There is a difference between sampling somebody, be it a section of the instrumental (chords etc) or vocal and simply putting out a near replica of the same instrumental just with slightly different instrumentation, chopping up the beat etc. This is what Meek has done here, but it is very similar to Mobb Deeps version. Where as what Mobb did with Barclays was a totally different interpretation which took influence and sampling but made it their own. Respect to all parties as without the versions before Meek and the one before Mobb this may never have happened.
