我幾年前跟 Terry 上堂然後去OFCA考試，在香港，帆船比賽都用VHF. 在外國更加常用， RYA 也有一個VHF牌，要考Yachtmaster 前先要考到。
在外國楂船，一定要學VHF

超出香港水域就无用！用卫星电话比较好！也不用考牌！
