    When trading you have to ensure the downtrend into your support level is broken and you must be ready to grab liquidity when prices are up so you can get valuable trading results

      In order to get valuable trading results,it is best to wait for a pull back when the market is about to break a support level. Moreover you’ll need to analyze the market to make sure the downtrend is broken and that is the duty of an expert to guide you through

    I’ve noticed the same thing, the way I do it is I’m using the macros, Michael said during the macros price spools before it moves during those specific times, then I use inversion fair value gaps as the entry, as price is moving toward an IFVG then it makes the move, it is a hack, and you know which fair value gaps to take if it has an inversion in that zone

    Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.

    Great stuff. One small correction for me as an ICT student is that you don't necessarliy want to see bodies closing in the HTF at least above or below the mean threshold. As ICT says wicks do the damage but the bodies tell the narrative. So you can anticipate a wick into the HTF PD array before the MSS.

    Great explanation. But it do not happend every day like this. As ICT say in the earlier episodes, the 5 minute timeframe can be left open. So I usually (When a 5M FVG created) go down to 3,2,1 minute timeframe and look for a overlaying lower timeframe fvg to take entry within.
    Your second example is actually a trade I took.

    There would be liquidity grabs before, FVG and BPR during silver bullet hour with a MSS, take the trade at 50%, SL below the high/low, SL gets hit every time

      Yea I agree Ive been backtesting on numerous pairs, and I don't get where everyone says it is high win rate. If you're in the middle of a range, the draw on liquidity could be sell side or buy side. Also half the time an FVG forms WITH displacement, only to turn to form displacement and FVG the other way and take out the stops.

So what I do is back testing every pair or stocks or commodities or Crypto selecting the heavily traded stocks or pairs 20 back test each, now whatever stocks or pairs respecting FVG and S&R then that's what I'm picking to trade then the final test what specific does this stocks or pairs moves flawlessly longest hold time for me is only 2 hrs fastest? 8 mins🤭

    Great strategy, I noticed in the video that the fvg forms in 3 consecutive candles, however what if the fvg occurs in the order : e.g red red green instead of red red red. If all other conditions are present, is it still a valid trade setup?

    • @PodKnowldegeSlice
      @PodKnowldegeSlice Год назад +9

      yeah doesnt matter what the candles are other than the middle one, the middle one decides wether its a bullish or bearish FVG

  • @BenRobbo90

    If 2 potential FVG's are created when price continues to move in a certain direction, do you still wait for the first to be tapped into, or can you take a trade from the second?

    • @SimplifyICT

      Ideally the first but look for confluences between both and see which one is more favourable.

    Is market structure shift the same as change of character. Some people say it is. others say the difference is that market structure shift has a engulfing candle or has momentum in the market.

    I watched another video, not sure from who but the time the said was from NY open until 11h, so 09H30 to 11h and it plays out perfect, whereas if I do it from 10h-11h I miss the fvg to the first lq sweep which then means I have no fvg within the H1 window?Please can you help me understand this, perhaps too my time conversion is incorrect, im in South Africa and google says we are 7 hours ahead of NY
    I know that when its summer in NY, South Africa is 6 hours ahead off NY but when it is winter in NY we are 7 hours ahead, does that affect the timing on this silver bullet window, because when it is summer in NY the 10h-11h(Am session) is 16h-17h in South Africa whereas when it is winter the AM session is 17h-18h in South Africa, please if you can clarify this for me

    • @damianvanwyk922
      @damianvanwyk922 Год назад

      basically when you have a bpr before the actually fvg that forms in your 1H window, it serve as a confluence that the trade definitely will work, so to be safe we will use both the fvg formed in the 1H frame and the bpr, we will then wait for price to come back to 50% of the bpr because generally the bpr covers the fvg, which then means we could turn around even on the bpr but because we have another fvg in our 1H time frame its like a conflict, which fvg to choose, so we use both and make it one and just use the 50% mark of the bpr which is technically then our fvg and we tap in once it hits that
