Thank you for sharing! My family is hatching out our first batch of ducklings. It has become a family activity. 13 have hatched so far! We raise them for eggs to eat and sell. Have a great & fun day!
I just watched your "they're coming for us" video. I can help you maintain your message while toeing the line for "community standards". For the last 6 years I've learned the right way to speak about plant medicines without being fined by the FDA. Those guidlines are what the social media platforms follow. I'm certain i can learn from you, so I'd love to trade brains for a bit.
Greetings from Sweden! 🇸🇪 so happy for you! We live in northern Sweden where it’s extremely dry and I really need the humidifier otherwise dry hatching would take on a whole different and more sinister meaning. But it is so cool to see it work for you and also that they hatched so many days early. Wow! Congrats again.
Eric, you might want to add a plexi-glass window in the wall of the brooder or make one wall out of plexi-glass so they can see out. 2021 a little girl cat washed (figure of speech) ashore in my backyard and she had four babies that I know of. I felt something was wrong 3:15 AM and looked outside. Mom was fighting possum(s) trying to get her four tiny kittens. I rushed outside chased the possums away. I found her bed in my hillbilly shed. Moved her and them into my storage room. I installed a plexiglass window in the bottom of the door. She and her kittens could see out. One more batch of kittens was raised in their and ALL are now fixed. I have raised three litters of kittens since 2021. My place looks like a mini farm or urban homestead. I enjoy your videos and I learn from them! I have also raised birds possums turtles and more and I feed our family of raccoons and they make a mess. The neighbors probably hate me but I don't care. Best wishes.
Baby chick Rodeo!!! Looks great, thx.

I like that heater design better than mine. Mine has a flat top and they jump on top and mess it up. I like the incline on yours.
It has worked really well the past few years.

I couldn’t Find your video on dry hatching . Do You use water at lockdown?
If I missed it, apoligies, what is the chicken breed that you are hatching?
We have Leghorns and Easter Egger/Leghorn crosses.
@@CountryLivingExperience Nice, combo!
And it begins.
Yep
I think it hatched early because from laying till the time you put in the incubator the eggs did not get cool.
They were cool
Interestingly, my chicks just hatched 2 and 3 days early as well. Didn't 'dry' hatch.
Cool
How many did you start and end with?
7 out of 12 so far. It is only day 20
