💗 You should look into ASMR videos, which often instruct, but invariably relax, depending on the stimuli. In your case, your soft and gentle ramblings are immensely relaxing. You could make a channel that hypnotises people into learning to paint. 😏

Btw, very good information. And, the sounds of rustling paper, etc, are immensely satisfying to many.
      Give it a thought.

Thank you so much for your lessons and your relaxing and calming voice. I appreciate your “have fun” attitude and have learned how to be a looser watercolor painter watching your videos. You paint with the heart and I am hoping to emulate you one day, instead of allowing my head to take over my brush.

Okay, I may need to redo this lesson at least 100 more times. 🤣😂 My flowers were so off, and I took up too much of the frame with stuff. Well, it's only paper and paint. One can always learn from what we create.
These lessons have been great. Learning our strengths and places for improvement along the way, just makes us better.

thank you Chris.. I learned a lot and appreciate you taking the time for us beginners. I tend to get the wash part weird. I am learning how much water is enough or not enough. I see you have a Sky Wash video. I will definitely check that out. I have a tendency to go off script! haha

Thanks Robin, and absolutely yes … that is a key thing to focus on as you are learning watercolor ( the “how much water and paint ratios to use/ mix while painting” ) 👍😎

@@cpetri766 thank you so much for getting back to me! Acrylic yes? Also may I ask another question...do you wet your brush before you blend the paint on the canvas? Last question for today, do you have to wait for the paint to dry before you can go on? I've watched a LOT of videos of different painting styles and I can't remember anyone telling the fans and students that you'd have to wait for the paint to dry before adding another color??
I've only been trying to learn how to paint for a month, but I've been watching a lot of different styles of painting and I'm not sure which style I prefer yet. I like fluid pouring but I don't have the talent for that style, LMBO!! I've painted some abstract (acrylic) paintings but I don't have anyone here to give me some constructive criticism on what I'm wrong, and show me "techniques of the trade" and give me some tips and tricks, LOL!! Anywho I'm sorry for rattling on! Have an amazing and blessed weekend!
