Many have asked for a day in the life with triplets. We think the harder part is actually a night in the life, so we wanted the Chatfam to join us for a wild night of what it really is like. Spending a night with the triplets, along with a two year old toddler is a recipe for no sleep. We will take you through our night time routine and show you how we bath, feed, and attempt to get the triplets to bed. Do we actually end up sleeping at all? Let's find out! :)

They finally went to bed at 7:25AM when her mom came to feed them. It seems they get to sleep during the morning when they can get help.
That's cool, I'm a triplet too. When I was younger my nanny, my mom, and my grandma all took turns taking care of us.

How in the world do you two function on such little sleep. I get up every two hours with my daughter who just spent 107 days in ICU and even passed away one night. I'm never in the best of moods due to lack of sleep. You two are amazing. Love your family. When Derek plays the piano it brings tears to my eyes. Reminds me of my grandmother. So beautiful.

No she is saying her baby basically passed away for a moment and then was revived this happens a lot. I’m not a medical expert but I use to have to spend some time on an ambulance as a rural county firefighter and you wouldn’t believe how some people go in and out of hanging on to their life and sometimes we lose people and revive them and then they die for good and some live but especially with drug overdoses your heart will stop sometimes and come back

You two are so blessed. So patient and loving. Your children are beautiful. I get that this is a sleepless 7.10.1.4. But you are enjoying each moment and it does pass quickly so keep slowing it down and savoring. Family is such a gift. Love the way you do videos. Thank you for sharing with us.

My triplets will be here this summer and I watch y’all so I can try to figure out what to do being a first time mom 😂 ♥️
You will figure out your best routine. I had triplets and my mom and I handled the night shift, but then slept in between feedings....not sure why they don't. ?? Not knocking them, this is the first video I've watched of theirs, and we would get an hour to an hour and a half of sleep between feedings and then get up with them in the morning and start the new day. Maybe they get a longer stretch of sleep in the morning when they they have others come and take the morning shift. Whatever works.

My daughter had triplets when she also had an 18 month old. We are a huge part of their lives. It takes a village. Can I please suggest you look into wub a nub pacifier? They are the same type of pacifier you use but attached to a small animal. That helped us so much. You have something soft to tuck into blankets to help keep pacifier in. When they are a bit older, they have something much easier to grab and find in there beds. Then when older you cut off pacifier and they have a collection of animals! I love how you guys are doing life! So many blessings for you. Hang in there, sleep will come soon. 😘
