It’s the fear of being blackballed. They make people apologize to make them look weak and sad, then fire them to preserve the “integrity” of the network. People that don’t give groveling apologies usually bounce back on their own, depending on the severity of what they said.
I love how everyone uses this word 'attack' when describing verbal insults, criticism or disagreement. Anyone else noticed this? It's like they're trying to make it sound like someone physically assaulted someone else to make it sound worse, even though we all know that's not what happened.
The Right certainly has our best interests at heart these days I must say. The Left is a fucking pandering, pronoun pushing, cancel everything, teach little kids about sex, pile of dogshit
Should I point out the irony that Ant is supporting the firing of an anchor for stating his opinion? He himself was just fired. I understand his point of why it is different but you gotta love (or hate) that irony
+Adam Solomon Ant said what he said on his own Twitter account (after being physically assaulted). Bashir said what he said on MSNBC's show. Difference.
ironic... ant was just fired for a rant that was inevitable. it has been building for a while. Sadly it looks like the show is finished, without ant no one will be listening. Opie is about to find out how disliked he is and how genius ant really is. It is a very sad day for america that ant was fired for telling it like it is, which is what he always does. it gets even more ironic when people consider the reality that he says these things on the air all the time.... the second it gets on twitter though he gets fired.... for some reason. What is the difference? Sirius XM didn't know the nature of this show?
"I know they don't have integrity, but we should pretend they do because they have to fire Martin Bashir because they have integrity, but they don't have integrity, but we should pretend they do because they have to fire Martin Bashir because they have integrity, but they don't have integrity, but we should pretend they do because they have to fire Martin Bashir because they have integrity, but they don't have integrity, but we should pretend they do because they have to fire Martin Bashir because they have integrity, but they don't have integrity, but we should pretend they do because they have to fire Martin Bashir because they have integrity, but they don't have integrity, but we should pretend they do because they have to fire Martin Bashir because they have integrity, but they don't have integrity, but we should pretend they do because they have to fire Martin Bashir because they have integrity, but they don't have integrity, but we should pretend they do because they have to fire Martin Bashir because they have integrity, butthey don't have integrity, but we should pretend they do because they have to fire Martin Bashir because they have integrity. Circular Logic's a hellava drug.
+Alakai Souza I think what Ant was saying was that from MSNBC's _own_ logic they 'should' fire him, but that in his personal opinion they shouldn't have. It's like when you get someone who claims to have certain views and principles that you don't agree with, but then you see them going against their own views and principles, you would tell them they 'should' or 'shouldn't' do X according to their own views, even if you personally don't like their views.
so what's the point in making people apologise if they're gonna be fired anyway? everyone SUCKS PECKERS in 2013.

Whoever came up with that production idea should get a raise.
@andrewptob
Definitely agree
The bo-boner part killed me lmfao
Ahahaha Opie's line about Glenn Beck being fired for crying during a liveread is the biggest score he's had in quite some time
I think I'm in the minority here, but I fucking love Chipbacca!

Attacking verbally is a completely normal way to use that word, you reaching, thinks-he-has-a-point douchebag
I'm sure Jimmy was quite turgid under the console during this convo
When we people realize there is no left or right, it's just us and then the politicians.
+phanatic215 And then as Carlin said; the politicians are just the worst reflection of 'us'.

E101ification How many hairs are we trying to split here?
Chpibaca is the best
That opening is the essence of why Bobo is disgusting. His desperation has turned him into a monster. It's a story of Citizen Kain proportions.
You just want to help Mr Maloonigams clean up
