If Ume was meant to be the swap for mitsuri, I imagine there would be someone she'd want to be with, did you think of anyone being like that for her? I honestly think (and I know it seems strange and not a lot of people like him, but) kaigaku, and I'd also suggest some of the lower moons (like from the manga) to become hashira as well, because 6 hashira compared to a full 12 kizuki is a bit overwhelming 😅
