      It's all bullshit anyways. I hate the fact that a lot of these book dudes who never ever trained themselves learn all this book jargon that doesn't mean s*** and doesn't teach you how to get bigger stronger faster so don't worry yourself.

      @@ricardorock6742 Pete Bommarrito works with NFL Players, some are Hall of Famers (Gronkowski for example). He knows what He's talking about.

      Yeah, to both replies, I am a Muscle endurance specialist and ok, this guy works with professional athletes in the NFL but all those guys are roided up when they don't have to be because again, these classroom book posers don't know what to do in the weight room...I will challenge any one of these needs and geeks to the actuality of physical development and teach them stuff they will never know because they don't practice what they preach. Knowledge is power but without experience you cannot supply the total information needed to get the most out of your body and the training.

    Great, a specially when he is pointing on something, and you are not aware what that is, since camera is not showing it... Besides that - as always - great presentation filled with valuable knowledge.

      Nooo....its all bullshit especially the eccentric shit. That kind of pressure wears on the joints and fucks with the microfibers near the tendons making you more prone to injuries...we need a reset with this b.s garbage talk.

      Don't worry yourself...yeah it's all bullshit. This guy doesn't even look like he's every seriously trained. The industry is full of these assholes and that's why big college teams and pros use the roids....such bullshit.

      @@ricardorock6742 His job isn't to train or look like he trains, his job is to educate his athletes to be the best football players. Body builders don't make good football players, and he isn't trying to do that. Educate yourself first and ask questions when you don't understand something, your ignorance is very telling.

    TypIcal...weightroom uber alles. BS! If that were true, why is it so many people improve speed and NEVER go in the weightroom? Speed is a SKILL, learned and practice. Weightlifting is a value for sure, but not end all be all.

      Yeah speed is a skill but pretty much every elite athlete in every explosive sport would be doing strength/power work in the weight room in addition to speed drills
