@@hectortoledo8938 Could of sworn though Thancred himself said nah reason he protects her so hard is he sees her as a daughter. The Krile cut scene with Thancred made me think he just protects her given he knew her when she was a child.
@Hinatatatatatatata I unfortunately do not like Estinien. The way Kain is portrayed in Dissidia makes him look like a dragon paladin. Estinien is just a man driven by rage. I understand his motives and all that, but I would've rather seen him giving himself a more just purpose. Say for instance instead of just avenging his family he could defeat Nidhogg in order to prevent other people from losing their families, but in the end he ends up seeing that he and Nidhogg are alike. Slaughtering each other for revenge only to feel empty afterwards. Y'shtola, I can agree, is one of my favorite characters. I like the fiery attitude she has with her peers, but at the same time she's caring and selfless with all the countless times she's thrown herself in front of attacks.
This in hindsight is actually pretty sad, just goes to show how much he's in denial of his loved one being gone forever, and it dwarfs all his triumphs to find her again.
This was perfectly timed giving how damn annoying the duty before it was, and I hope that in every expansion we go back to the Steppe just to see another lady dunk on Magnai like this.

Although watch if we go back them two will become lovers given way they always fight each other. Feel like Sadu and him though they deny it are made for each other.
@@PrincessNine this response is a little late so I don’t know if you’ve done it yet but it’s kinda one of those things where because there’s multiple different sections and battle scenarios to the duty it does feel like Square Enix kinda overcomplicated this particular MSQ

I don't think he knows that. Y'shtola doesn't tend to talk about her blindness, especially since she doesn't show to be blind at all. Since she can see the ether in all things, she can move around and battle as if she can actually see. Because of that, Magnai doesn't know anything about it. Maybe that is even part of the joke: "Look into my eyes" "Dude, all I can see is your little... flame."

Most memorable line in whole game for me. Of course i didnt care for any of them given it took a few retries for me to kill the girl and a few for him. also i hated the trial they had given i kept failing no idea why . So when he got insulted all i could do was laugh given them two are tough enemies in both times faced them.
This is awful awkward dialogue! I am not sure how this makes me feel. It's definitely entertaining. The long pauses feel like this was made by aliens who watched to much anime.
