The first thing to do after every episode was to search everyone's outfit and that episode's soundtrack. The fashion was amazing but so was the music. Gossip girl is Timeless ❤

Gossip Girl truly was the best written and most iconic and timeless series of all time! It‘s one of the very very rare shows that captivate you and mesmerize you that you forget your surrounding and see yourself completely in their world, being obsessed and addicted and always want to know what happens next. I remember when I first watched Gossip Girl I was immediately obsessed and locked myself in my room watching the show all day and even finishing a season in 2 days. It was absolutely amazing! No show ever did this to me, absolutely fascinating.

The fashion on gossip girl really fascinated and inspired me. I once had a friend who thought gossip girl was stupid and boring and I thought she was crazy. Granted the story lines were a little crazy but the name of the show should give it away. The aesthetic and artistic eye always kept me hooked.

Although the fashion impact/influence is such a huge part of GG history, I think she should give the storytelling more credit. Especially that first season… so many examples that have stuck with me to keep in mind throughout my teen to young adult life. Some of the stories may have even saved lives with the hard-hitting topics.
