I’m so glad to see you’re in a better place. You’ve inspired me so much over the last few years and have motivated me to get healthy again. I had let myself get to 237 lbs and was having heart issues. Because of you I’ve gotten a gym membership, getting myself up at 5:30 every morning, taking pre-workout, collagen, and protein, doing cardio, and lifting weights. I’m 3 months in and have dropped some weight, gotten stronger, built muscle, and I’m no longer having heart palpitations or feeling depression symptoms. Your channel and positivity is changing lives. Love you, Angie! ❤

You are so right, my mom passed away 1 year ago and I just decluttered and donated her clothes. It was so hard but I feel so much better. She lives with me for 22 years, letting her stuff be shared with others has made me feel so much lighter. You motivated me to declutter other rooms! Love your energy and light!😁
Sabrina here. I love this idea. You have inspired me so much to get back to exercising 🏋️. It has been a challenge but I am in my second summer and have built myself up to go to a gym. I am 64 and a licensed esthetician. I take collagen and I am now making protein shakes. Everything you are doing is excellent. 😊

❤ I bought my first house in 2020. Got out bid about 25 times before finally getting one. It can be sooo discouraging especially when you're a competitive person. Just remember everything happens for a reason and each disappointment just makes your eventual success that more sweet!❤

Angie, i had melasma sooo bad after my fourth pregnancy. I was so frustrated trying to hide it. I started taking glycine and nac first thing every morning on an empty stomach....and it has completely faded! It reduces oxidation. Boy does it ever work. I had tried EVERYTHING . And you look great, btw

Angie, I really love every time you show us stuff that's coming out! I was laughing when you were like, "let me show you a little corner" and then proceeded to show much more. XD So happy to hear the dividers will also be thicker too! I wasn't sure if a plastic coat on the ends that go in the planner would be better or just thicker paper. I'm also so ready for the 121 challenge!

I love your videos, you’re a great motivator. Everyone is different and I just want to share how I glow up/stay healthy since I have a very different life (low-income). I believe you can be healthy and achieve great results without buying in to all the “health/wellness” marketing for the literally billions of products out there. I don’t use any skincare products, supplements, beauty products, anti-aging…none of it. I simply eat a carnivore/meat-based diet (mostly fatty red meat) and drink only water. I stay active, both brain and body.. and I avoid all substances (alcohol, weed, prescriptions, over the counter drugs, etc) Since switching to meat only, I have literally watched my skin reverse-age (I’m 36, most people think I’m 10 years younger). My mental and physical health has never been better!
I've been doing carnivore for a couple of months now and I notice so many changes in my skin and mood

We are 18 days into the glow up and my skin and health is LOVING this.I use my own staple skin care, but the difference it has made to actually use it super regularly is HUGE. I look younger and less tired
