Ioana, Wow you make my head spin. Thanks for the depth. Helpful to see how detailed someone can be. I’ve used OneNote for 20 years or so, but have not gone past the basics I started with. I mainly use it as a calculator on ipad, which does not have a calculator, and on my computer a place to stash everything I want a copy of. I take a lot of screenshots of web page, receipt, text book page, pdf, image file, web format, code, you name it. It all gets stashed. I don’t need to go back much beyond what I am currently working on, so my notebooks need better archiving for records I do want to access, titles, official documents, etc. I have too many notebooks backup on Google Drive and external backup hard drives. I should go back and organize some of it. You reminded me that OneNote can be so much more. Thank you and good night. 😊
I tried this system of one-note organisation and it was a gamechanger for my notetaking. I made a few modifications that work for me but it works like a dream. Thank you for this video, Ioana. :)
You saved my life!!! I was so anxious because I didn't know how to organize. I needed a person to show how it creates its organization system, and you did it. Thank youuu so much!!
this is so so helpful thank you! i always struggled with how i might integrate different apps and stuff but this sets it out so clearly! hopefully i can be more organised for this upcoming academic year!
I was using that system, and it's really useful, and most important, FREE! 🎉. Additionally, I use Zapier to Sync my School Calendar Events (Feed) with Todoist. So, I don't have to re-writte the task in both platforms 😅. And other tip is sync Outlook Tasks (flagged labels in OneNote) with Todoist, but it is complicated to built that connection. 😅
Just stumbled across your videos whilst researching what else I can do with OneNote. There’s a lot here I will employ in my work. Just one question, why did you decide to split things out from the Microsoft ecosphere instead of using Outlook Calendar and Microsoft To Do? I can see Todoist has some great qualities but I cannot go past Outlook calendar, especially when syncing tasks flagged in OneNote. Great information and great enthusiasm in sharing your process. I need to review more of your videos to see what else I’m missing. Well done.
Thanks so much, Rod! The company I worked for during my internship used the Microsoft suite, and I actually found it much more practical to leverage the combination of Outlook, To Do and OneNote to stay organized. They work really well together, especially for collaborating with a team in a corporate setting. So I totally get where you're coming from. When I start full-time work in September I anticipate using the full Microsoft suite again and keeping that separate from my personal organization. Also, for personal tasks I simply don't need the complex linking between email conversation threads & OneNote notebooks that Microsoft enables. Definitely want to share more about this, since staying organized at work is something I'll be figuring out soon! Thanks for the question, and always eager to hear other options too. :-)

Awesome, never knew you could make section groups
I love your videos! 🇷🇴

I can never search anything if it’s a pdf on OneNote :(
BUT , also tell about todoist and onenote integration ... how can we make them work together
Thank you...
Dude you can sync Todoist with google agenda
After watching some videos on Obsidian I think you may like that application. I don't use it so I could be wrong.
I can’t concentrate with being in class I prefer online
Blah blah blah…
