WOW! Maurice & Vanessa were terrific in these scene's. I loved how Sonny almost seemed nervous and was considering her feelings. When she said, "I thought you wanted me." and he said, "Want doesn't even begin to cover it."! He definitely wasn't thinking about Kate or anyone else!

Luke & Laura, Bo & Hope, Victor & Nikki--no one comes anywhere close to Sonny & Brenda. every woman wants to be loved like that...

Not for sure, but I was always under the impression that Sonny was in his late twenties if not thirty. Of all the time that I watched them, I never remember Sonny's age being stated, specifically.
Brenda was 18 and I think Sonny was 26-. Someone said in the beginning Sonny was 30. Brenda was 18. But the writers changed it. It was said in SOD, that in 95, Brenda was 21 and Sonny was 29. It got switched because some were uncomfortable. The thing is the actors only have a five year age Gap. Not 12 or 9.
