Been waiting 23 days and counting for a package to be driven from a spot one hour away. How incompetent must you be to take 23+ days to deliver a box in the same country which is only one hour away. Unreliable and rubbish service with the worst customer service. Avoid Aramex at all costs.

They should definitely refund you for everything spent after it arrived at their warehouse. If you're still willing, give them a second shot since I've been using them for years without any issues

Aramex due with Customs for make Corruption
Caused by an opportunity or a gap in the working system.
My customer have Big problems from Customs Kuwait. The shipment has been lost in customs area without any reason.
Aramex us the worse delivery company in Australia they are just a drop of parcel pick up point track company irresponsible and terrible customer service, I always ask what delivery service the company uses before I buy if Amarex I go elsewhere.
I have been waiting for my parcel from the 26thAril up to date I have not received my parcel...They telling that they are busy investigating with the Risk Management Team as to what happened to my parcel...And its an iphone which i have been banking money for and staving myself to just buy myself a phone...please advice what must i do cos i really need my parcel or i should get a refund
Hi, at this point all you can do is make sure you email of phone every day or second day for update, and if they already don’t even know where your package is and because their are known for losing things, fight for a full refund.

So I almost had a parcel go missing , But I emailed them with the proof it was delivered and they sorted it out. The only issue I had was customs checking the packages and cutting the books like idiots, I'm sure they opened it just with a blade. But over all Ive had no issues with them yet .
The communication with emails is pretty bad thou very slow. I just call them now.

I have a parcel that was send from jhb to Cape Town on the 14 Jan 2021 till today i am still waiting and i have not heard anything from them there only communication i had it was because i called them so disappointing

aramex keeps texting me that my item is out for delivery then i wait all day then text me at night saying "we apoligize for the non delivery" fuck this shit for real bro? they keep doing this for 2 days already and i checked my tracking order on aramex website it says that they tried to deliver it 2 times but "no one at home"??? are u fucking serious bro i dont even go out my house i cant because of the quarantine this is literally the worst delivery company ever! im so lucky i chose cash on delivery because if i paid credit card they scam!

No, that was my first and only experience with them, I’ve never used them again, plus I now have a partnership with MyUS the services are better IMO
