Jun Dong-Ha's voice is SO famous, and his movements are so distinctively his, I knew it was him immediately. Plus, he's one of the few rockers who has 3 octaves, and can go from husky to pure rock in one breath. I couldn't believe the panel didn't know him immediately!
i love how everyone is being so mature and acknowledging talent/skill instead of being blindly biased towards jungkook... to be honest i like jungkook's voice more because it sounds more young/boyish/pretty but objectively speaking jung dong ha's vocals are more professional and better so of course he won :D

Kookie did a great job!! This guy sounds older than Kookie. The older a person gets the deeper and melodic their voice gets. Kookie is still very young. His voice is beautiful Now but it will get deeper and even more beautiful the older he gets! 😀
exactly, jungkook is 18 yo international age, he's got no time for practice+ really young, can't wait to hear the progress in his voice. he still did great and with our support he'll become even better in the futur
It'll just depend on how much Jungkook is willing to improve and for that he'll need to get lessons. I've heard somewhere that he doesn't really want vocal training because he wants to sing how he naturally sounds. Granted his voice is perfect for the kind of music he's pursuing so I don't think he'll improve considerably. On the other hand, Jung Dongha (his competitor) actually worked on perfecting his vocals when he was Jungkook's age before starting his music career as Boowhal's frontman. He was already really good when he started and got better as the years passed. Granted, Dongha experiments with genres of music and different styles so he is naturally motivated to improve his vocals. I think the first step for Jungkook to improve is to have that kind of mindset.
I was practically waiting for Jung Dongha to come on this show and he did amazing! ^ ^ Too bad Jungkook had to go against him though. Vocally, it was a pretty one-sided matchup. I heard he also became the new King.
When I was watching Fencing Man sing, I so badly wanted him to belt something... If You has those really nice clean, non embellished stronger moments by Taeyang, and the lack of those left me disappointed. And then for the male singer of one of my all time favorite duets to come and sing one of my favorite OST's the way he did... there was no contest.

Idol singers mostly "force" to "accommodate" for harmonization vocal of the group whereas soloist/vocalist of bands have no burdens to do so....

Kookie did a great job!! This guy sounds older than Kookie. The older a person gets the deeper and melodic their voice gets. Kookie is still very young. His voice is beautiful Now but it will get deeper and even more beautiful the older he gets! 😀
exactly, jungkook is 18 yo international age, he's got no time for practice+ really young, can't wait to hear the progress in his voice. he still did great and with our support he'll become even better in the futur
It'll just depend on how much Jungkook is willing to improve and for that he'll need to get lessons. I've heard somewhere that he doesn't really want vocal training because he wants to sing how he naturally sounds. Granted his voice is perfect for the kind of music he's pursuing so I don't think he'll improve considerably. On the other hand, Jung Dongha (his competitor) actually worked on perfecting his vocals when he was Jungkook's age before starting his music career as Boowhal's frontman. He was already really good when he started and got better as the years passed. Granted, Dongha experiments with genres of music and different styles so he is naturally motivated to improve his vocals. I think the first step for Jungkook to improve is to have that kind of mindset.

I was practically waiting for Jung Dongha to come on this show and he did amazing! ^ ^ Too bad Jungkook had to go against him though. Vocally, it was a pretty one-sided matchup. I heard he also became the new King.

When I was watching Fencing Man sing, I so badly wanted him to belt something... If You has those really nice clean, non embellished stronger moments by Taeyang, and the lack of those left me disappointed. And then for the male singer of one of my all time favorite duets to come and sing one of my favorite OST's the way he did... there was no contest.
