I'd be glad to! I simply tap on the offbeat instead of the onbeat, which I started doing by accident one day, and then realized it perfectly mimics the snare/cymbal hits in rock and roll and blues! I believe off beat clapping or foot tapping is fairly standard in R&B style music, so I'll be sure to include it in my next tutorial:)
