Hi there, thanks for asking. The aurora 450 is no longer part of our product portfolio. Unfortunately, there are no video tutorials available for this older machine on our RUclips channel. You can download the full user manual from our website though: www.bernina.com/en-US/Support-US/Machines/BERNINA-4-Series/BERNINA-aurora-450

Which template do you use for calibrating the hoop for the 570QE?
The instructions doesn't show the machine listed, but the machine show I can use it. Thanks for any help with this matter.

Hello Cindy, thanks for asking. We are presuming she has the new B570 QE (2017 and later) 😊 as shown in the video above.
Please use the corresponding template that fits the hoop you wish to calibrate (templates come with the hoops). You attach the hoop and the template with the clips attached. The idea is that you need to check that the needle is in the center of the whole in the middle of the template. Use the arrows to move the hoop to correct it. We hope this answers you question.

Hi C Krish, thanks for asking. No, endless embroidery (embroidering borders) as shown in the video is not possible with the B 570 QE.

I have a B 570 and just got my mega hoop. My first time using it, my machine keeps looping me through removing the hoop, over and over again. I'm not doing any repeat design and I know the 570 d/n create reference points for rehooping. I've shut the machine off and started over a few time, with the same result. Already regret buying this hoop, I didn't think I needed to do anything different than with any other hoop.

Marilyn we are sorry to hear you are having some trouble using this hoop. Please check in with your local dealer to see if they can support you with some additional training.

Not helpful in using this hoop. I am not repeating a motif. I want to learn how to use the 3 areas and embroider on the hole area allowed.

Not helpful in learning how to really use the megahoop

I agree. I have a B 570 and just got my mega hoop today. I keeps looping me through taking the hoop off. It does about 20 stitches, then tells me to take the hoop off.
