Ke'oni Hanalei is the Founder of Pohala: Esoteric Hawaiian Botanical Medicine and of AlohaMa: a community mentorship program.
He learned the ancient ways of making plant medicines from his grandmother, a well known healer on the island of Maui. He is a descendant of the Mu people and his lineage dates back 1017 generations (over 20,000 years). He is one of a small number of practitioners who have access and the willingness to share this ancient wisdom. One aspect of this ancient wisdom is Fern Medicine which works with emotional intelligence and how we come into balance with the energies of our emotions. Ke'oni is also a teacher, mentor and leader of spiritual retreats in his work with the AlohaMa community mentorship program. AlohaMa means "self-reflective love." As we learn to love ourselves, we are able to enter into compassionate and collaborative relationships with others in which we bring out the best qualities in each other.

This resonates, deeply. As a little girl I crossed the South Pacific on a very large ship from Canada to Australia and back to Canada, years later. The water magnetized me and I wanted to jump in. I knew at some time I could breathe under water. I’ve always identified with Lemuria and Turquoise is still my favourite colour.

TY for bringing Ke'oni to us Heather. Since the 1st interview I've been collecting synchronicities that are resonating with the Lemurian paradigm through deep soul reflection/remembering. Fern medicine, octopus, Andara crystal, et, (I had one, didn't know why, then sent my self coded crystal to him' and saw some of the potent ceremony to open the pond portal on instagram! 🙏💕🧚). I believe we are moving from karma to dharma, and honoring ALL our karma to come into detachment from that trauma, we can integrate living in the NOW. Think telepathic, unity consciousness.

Feels time and timelines speed up so much and we are coming just closer. To love.
Where the animals, especially horses, wants us to be. Where they are waiting for us, since they never fall out of love.
Their heartfield is so huge and we may dive into it.

So wonderful to hear and see this. I’ve been pondering lately about how unnatural it feels to follow the social norms of the Western World. It’s all about constant competition and “dog eat dog.” All this energy is indeed creating fight or flight energy. It’s very low vibe stuff! Survival of the fittest is so over for me! So much in this. I lived in Hawaii for over 10 years and from the very beginning knew it was Home. My daughter was born there and the symbol of her that we all know and by her choice is the octopus. Over two months ago in a meditation, I was told I was Lemurian. I had an idea about where that might be. That made sense then that I called Hawaii home. Hawaiian chants, even though I don't understand the words usually bring tears to my eyes. I was also told a few days later that would be walking to the other islands, "ha ha".......whatever was sharing that with me was very joyful about that. When you spoke about the inner earth waters in my heart, I feel they've never left. The woman that you spoke of from hundreds of years ago, her thoughts don't resonate with what I feel..... I do feel it was a slower transition. Everything since the day I was reminded, has only done more to validate for me who and what I am, though I have not done extensive study or any study by any means. I usually go with what I feel and feel that I know. With the appearance of anunnaki, we made a choice not to follow that path....the choice was ours. So blessed to be able to get the opportunity to listen to this to help validate those things that I feel. Blessings to you both.❤

When Ke'oni referenced how the Russian Spiritualist Helena Blavatsky & founder of the Theosophical society imagined Lemuria as "disappeared because of subterranean fires" I had immediate chills in the back of my spine around my heart chakra in between my shoulder blades. This is truly wonderful. It resonates so deeply with me and it explains so much to me in a heart knowing way. What a new and joyful truth to be able to integrate in this new moon. Thank you to you and Ke’oni for a personal revelation also. When he spoke of the void that we have perceived in the Lemurian area I I immediately thought of an area in my body (around spleen area - seat of joy) that I experience as a void. I have previously assumed that there is dis-ease there and have been working to transmute it. I now see that it is part of the future me- a frequency that I cannot yet experience fully. Thank you. Thank you. Such divine masculine and feminine wisdom available to us through your interviews and offerings - an incredible gift. It’s interesting that there was also no war in, for example, the ancient Minoan civilisation which was a goddess culture. This was in the Age of Taurus which is not sooo long ago - and I send love and celebration in the grounded energy of Taurus to everyone here as we head towards the living frequency of Mu once more. Amazing conversation! And LOVE - YES! I have been hearing as I meditate "We are the Planet of Creative Love" "We create out of love" And what is love? Treat others as you would want to be treated. The Golden Rule. So simple and yet so difficult at times to maintain. As we embrace our empathy though, it is harder and harder to harm anyone or anything. And trying to create that bridge to others is what The Creator is doing, separating Itself so that it can discover and love Itself. Love truly is the answer to everything! If, as individuals, we feel fear - welcome the fear, embrace the fear, and love the fear. I learned this in the book The Secret. It might sound crazy, but when we give shape to and love that fear, at times I name my fears, and then tell them they are welcome and I love them, they go away! Because we can't feel fear and love at the same time, and love always wins. Blessings!

Your convo was full of so many golden nuggets of wisdom I wish the whole world could hear it! I've been thinking for a while about the stockholm syndrome cycle the world sometimes seems to be in, recreating crisis and war in ourselves and then often projecting it outward. I love the use of the word "reorient" ; when I noticed I was creating and recreating a crisis cycle in my experience I knew I needed to reorient, realign, recalibrate - to heal the addiction to crisis and get back to myself, someone who is actually lighthearted and likes to have fun as much as possible! 😍 Ke'oni said something that reminded me of an oracle card I've received a lot in the last few years, "Bring Love into the Situation." Heather, the Rumi poem was also a great reminder to not be "afraid of fear"; to not be afraid of any of our emotions and to instead be curious about them... Then the Mutual Respect portion touched me too- "the antidote to war and war culture" : YES! This is so true & so important! Thank you both!
