i want to become a pastor/missionary and im studying so much, i don't have time for anything else and i feel like im failing my own family because of the lack of attention.

Too many factors to give extensive counsel. But, generally, endeavor to make it work.
Be patient, be a servant, pray for them, do your obedient part, love them, don’t expect them to reciprocate, don’t criticize your spouse to others, be Jesus Christ to that unbelieving spouse, and watch God eventually transform that spouse. Having an unbelieving spouse is God’s way of making you more like Christ. ❤️
