And in that case, what would happen if i have the same design in both stores? That's something that kept rolling through my head for quite a while. Thanks in advance! :)
Hi! I would include them in the same shop IF they serve the same target audience. So if you have the same digital print for example as a printable, and then another on a physical poster, I would just include that in 1 shop. Good luck!
Hey Vanessa! Great question! If a customer has an issue, they would contact you and you would contact Printbest to deal with it. Printbest would require a photo of the item and what the customer's reason is for the return and they would deal with it themselves from there. Hope that helps!

Something I’m a little confused about, if I list with this print on demand shop on my Etsy shop and someone buys a product, is the money automatically divided or am I given the total sale amount from the seller and then printbest charges me? Or do they get the full sale amount and send me the profit? How does that work?
Hi Angelica! It might depend on which provider you're going with because I'm sure they are all set up differently. I would assume it gets divided up for most of them because they clearly the state the actual "profit" amount you get for every sale. Each provider explains how it work on their website and you can contact them directly to get detailed information :) are you thinking of printbest specifically?
So, is Printful a Canadian company? I guess I can still set up an account with them even though I'm in the U. S. I've been wanting to sell "Women Aging Awesomely" mugs and t-shirts, but all of that was so confusing to me. I appreciate the information here.

@@SandraDi Oops -- good catch on the name. Thanks! I do wonder about the price point being a tad bit more with Canadian pricing -- at least that always seems to be the case.
@@stephaniefowler3677 I actually compared to Printful and Printify and found the costs were not that different, depending on the products you're considering. Hi! Do you mean print-on-demand in general, or specifically only printbest?
Both. I know that some do exist, but I think it is way more complicated than printbest.
@@Cheana I tested out a few other ones that are actually super basic to work with as long as you can find tutorials on them, which there are a bunch on RUclips! Let me know if you need help and I can name some options for you :)
@@SandraDi Hi Sandra, I'm in Europe too. Do you think can we work with printbest from here? Or can you recommend something similar here? Many thanks, love the curls! 😘
@@telmaguerreiro6951 Thank you so much!! I will find out 100% if sellers from Europe can still use printbest and just ship everything to Canada to US. I think you can but I will let you know as soon as I find out for sure. Another option that can be used in Europe is Printful I believe, so you can check them out too! :)
I love the niche you're getting into! And this print-on-demand company is called Printbest :) Yes they are located in Canada but they ship all over Canada and the US! I ordered samples for myself and I love them! You can do the same to see the quality :) I got a mug and a t-shirt for myself to test it out!
This is also a sustainable brand, so it's more eco-friendly. I would also try this - if you find products more affordable at other companies, try emailing Printbest to see if they price match any of them. You can go straight to their "contact us" section and they're really good with response time :)
@@SandraDi Yep, I'm definitely looking into this soon. Thank you again for all the information!
Great video as always Sandra! Can we get in touch regarding a partnership proposal with your channel?
Hi there! Absolutely, I can take a look at my email this week if you sent me a message! Thank you for reaching out :)
@@SandraDi I emailed you in September, should I reach out again?
