Can’t connect 3 times on female characters,
For male characters u can just mash the first two f3 only the third hit has to be delayed

Use a male character as your practice dummy. It won't work on female characters

You delay the inputs. Also, it's easier on male characters

Some of the combos you can do a iws3 after the launch for more damage like uf3 ;)
That being said this is a video that will really help some people optimize their Josie combos :)

F3 only connects 3 times when I start with CD2. Is there a timing with the input after the DF2, Or does it only whiff on small characters?

Do it too early, dropped. Too late? Dropped.
Did you check if thes combos work on all characters?
Nope. Some of them only work to male characters
NOTE: A LOT of the open floor combos do not work on female characters or small males. They still work on a LARGE portion of the roster so you should still learn them.

It is not. I used Miguel as a dummy as some of these combos only hit on him

@@RakstarGamingPH a little more fun is her ff3+4 command grab wallsplats. I usually like to catch people quick standing in the corner with it. It’s a free 30% damage that’ll force them to crouch

Theres a few combos here that aren't max damage iirc but most are on point. Also an interesting note on Large Females and some smaller males (Nina, Asuka, Lilli, Anna) DF+2, F1+2, F3, F3, 1, 3+4 !S F2,3,3 is more consistent and for bears replaces the F2,3,3 with df1f, cd 1,3.

f+3 hitbox not consistetly hitting female characters. trying to go for the third f3 but doesnt connect (practicing against nina)
That's true. 3 consecutive f+3 only hits male characters

Do these combos with multiple f3’s only work on Miguel? I know you used to only be able to get 3 of them off of CD2
Maybe its consistant on larger characters, but is propbably possible on smaller characters. Likely not females though.
I'm not a Josie player, these are just my assumptions. I could be talking garbage :P

Lei seems to make Me whiff a few of these combos from time to time. Taller males I always hit.
I think you can add a f3 to the end of any combo and then spam RA and it'll hit

I'm having problem with the multiple f3... It isn't consistent... Has it been nerfed or something like that? If not there is something to know about it? Let me know
multiple f3's require delays of input...about 1-2 frames. the timing must be ingrained into your muscle memory

@@DomenicoForte from what I can tell, as soon as her left foot returns to the floor, she's able to do it. seems to be the proper frame delay

Thanks for the reply, and apologies for hounding you. I’ve tried varying the timing of 2 and with ki charge but can’t cancel the sweep. Can you or any other Josie player offer some advice on how to do it?
I need a max damage combo for Josie 3+4 high tracking move. It flys out too far to land ws3 or something like that

Dont know of anyone has said that, but after F3, you get a guaranteed jab that will float the enemy!! I have never seen anyone talk about that.
There's a lot of moves like that in the game, but it's not guaranteed. There's a way to get away with it
F+3 on counter hit gives you +12 so you can float with any move that's 12 frames or less. I think the optimal option is to do F+2,4

How exactly are you able to sidestep and hit three f3s in a row afterward. I'm doing it as fast as the game will let me and it's not even close.
You don't need to be fast on that. Contrary, you need to delay it

I simply dont understand these combos at all, at most I can connect two F3's
With the f3 chains you can’t do them as soon as you’re able or buffer them. To f3 chain you wait an extra frame after your recovery is done and then f3. using recovery animations helps a lot here
