I really do love the idea of a Supreme Kai who's as powerful or even moreso than the God of Destruction. Really good stuff!
I've had this idea floating in my head rent-free about a Supreme Kai who, unlike most others, was very close with their God of Destruction. They're very close and tightly bonded- you could even say they were lovers. But a tragedy would come and a powerful force would attack the Kai. Since she's so weak compared to the GOD, he sacrificed himself to protect the Kai, but before he died, he asked the Angel in charge to unlink himself with this Kai, thus saving her. This would inspire her to get revenge on this multiversal threat, and train so hard that she would never require any more help from any GoD and also avenge the former GoD. She'd even train the new GoD and become a Kai on the level of even the GoDs and rivaling the strongest of mortals.
I mean, if a Low Class Saiyan with a power level of 2 at birth can train all the way into GoD levels, who says a Frieza-oneshotting Kai couldn't?

Apart from the fan made stuff I genuinely think Beerus sleeps so much because he literally has nothing to do. He can’t keep destroying and I don’t think he feels like there’s anything too interesting on other planets. Which is why he seems to be awake more often when Goku and Vegeta are around since they’re interesting to him.
ik this is fanmade but the Beerus we know wouldn't kill Goku's family and the others he probably find the right oppurtunity to Hakai Kai from existence
