I love the look of that software!! Trying to get my Epson to print from photoshop has always been a nightmare the colours always come out so different no matter what I select. Thank you for sharing this.
Omg I know your struggles! I really think that technology should be advanced enough at this stage that it should not be so difficult to just print like it is on a screen! 😂 I swear printers are like such scams they really test my patience 😭💔
It really is not that difficult of a process! I think there were some things that felt like it took me forever to figure out and that ended up making it seem more difficult to me!
@@marthacampbell6188it's something I'm still figuring out myself tbh! I'm currently editing prints and avoiding the ones that span across two pages like the plague 😅
@@marthacampbell6188 ok I've done one! This was a big piece that I had to scan in two parts and merge into Photoshop. If you have two images that you want to align you can get Photoshop to do it for you. File>scripts>load files into stack. Select your two files and be sure to check the box that says 'attempt to automatically align source images'. That got be to a great place to start with. Then for the dip in the middle where the sketchbook spine is I just went hard on the spot healing brush tool and manually colour picked and used the brush tool to paint in areas that were darker. I'm sure there's a better way but I'm woefully unskilled at image editing!!
I wish I could buy a print or a postcard on its own. I love your work but can’t afford a patreon subscription. I understand that’s a lot of work probably to just print and sell individual items. I’ll keep watching for if that day comes though! ❤ maybe you can make a calendar sometime. thank you for sharing.
I want to make prints but I don't understand if I need a special type of ink or paper to ensure quality. Do you have advice on this? Do you buy "acid-free" or "archival" materials?
Please let us know once you've found out how long those ink cartridges last. I see that this printer uses a 10-color ink pack and that the colors are sold as a pack as well as individually. I'm curious how often you'll have to replace them. Prints look great!
I'll try to quantify how often they need changing! I think I've gone through a pack and a half after about a year of use. but to be honest I've only recently started printing things like prints frequently. I think maybe say like 1 pack per 100 full colour prints? That's a pretty generous estimate though!
A really well explained demonstration, great video! I'm a little nosy so love insights like this haha 😂
Haha I can relate as I am also very nosy 🤣 glad you enjoyed 💖💖
This is awesome! Thanks for sharing your process.
Thank you so much!! 💖

Looks beautiful! 😍💚🍓
Thank you!! 💖💖
Thanks that was nice to see it’s more straightforward than I thought it would be :)

Do you ever have to edit images that cross over the spine in your notebook? I can't find any tutorial about editing that out of images

I am hoping to open up a shop within the next month offering prints and stickers!! 💖💖💖 Sometime in June!
Hello. Do you spray it with a fixative once it’s printed? Thanks.

What paper did you use for the print?
Beautiful result! Thank you for sharing ❤
Thank you so much!
