Also, Chimamanda's Ted Talk on The Danger of a Single Story is my all-time favorite TED Talk. She is wonderful.

    Greetings from Germany!
I read The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle following your recommendation and I absolutely loved it. What an amazing debut novel. I loved the way the story developed and how his different bodies ended up affecting the main character.

The last time I read an entire book was probably 3 years ago. I've always had trouble picking books to read but 2 weeks ago I felt the urge to read but didn't know where to start. I decide to look up book reviews on RUclips and saw this video. I like Sci-fi and I liked how the book cover looked for The Seven 1/2 deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle, so per your recommendation I decided to give it a try and My God, I Love this book. I don't remember the last time, if ever, a book has made me feel all of these emotions. I highly enjoyed every second I spent reading it. I don't leave comments ever, but I felt that I need to thank you and inform you that I will be reading Mistborn next per your recommendation.

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo is a book that I bypassed and would have continued to bypass if you had not raved about it. It just didn't seem like something I would be into, but I checked it out from my library after you mentioned it in a video and was blown away by how much I enjoyed it. This video also reminded me that I need to read The Humans. Over the last few years I have read and enjoyed a few other books that Matt Haig has written, but haven't gotten around to that one yet for some reason.

I also have a huge girl crush on Chimamanda Ngozi Adiche. All of her interviews are amazing. Unfortunately I only got to read 2 books during this spring, however so far this summer I have got through 9 books. My favourites so far are: The Green Mile by Stephen King, Wiseguy by Nicholas Pileggi, The Martian by Andy Weir, And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie and The Man in the High Castle by Phillip K. Dick. I also read the Andromeda Strain but didn’t enjoy it much, I would however recommend another Michael Crichton book to you in Eaters of the Dead which was incredible in my opinion

As for my favourite books, they are mainly rereads (Pride and Prejudice, The Hobbit (which I know you didn't like, and that's totally okay)) and middle grade classics (A Little Princess, Ballet Shoes). I too rarely rate books 5 stars, so favourites are few and far between ;-)

I will insist haha you should read The three body problem trilogy cause it makes you imagine what it would be for humans to have the first contact with an alien civilization and you will go through many points of view through different times, it made me learn and think about our own behaviour (as humans) to the unkown and to the uncertainty. Its my favorite SCIFI trilogy! :D
