Essence is definitely an event to behold!!! I started attending @ Essence #4 through now!!! The evolution has been an incredible experience with the exception during the year it was held in Houston after Katrina! NOLA hosts the best event for this festival!

Climate change is real😢 as real as the respect and affection among the gworls. Love you taking me along to Essence, and does it really do what it is supposed to do for the culture and the communities it claims to serve. I ask because sometimes respectfully, the "outsiders" benefit more than the "insiders".
