I just rented this to pour 197 80# bags. The project would not have been possible without the Mud Mixer. I am 100% sold. Very well designed and thought-out product. I'm going to have to start saving to get my own
the mud mixer wouldn't be a good tool to do it that way. You would have to pre-mix everything before loading it into the hopper and that kind of defeats the purpose of this tool. You might be able to save a little money (I haven't done the math), but you would need to use a barrel mixer using that method. The purpose of this tool is consistent, easy mixing, speed, and less back pain. If cost is your main priority then there are other ways/tools that may pencil out cheaper - but at the expense of your back and time.
@@AlessioSangalli@AlessioSangalli we did a back porch in roughly 4'x4' squares. We did about a pallet a day no problem. Maybe took 60-90 minutes to pour that much. We could have done more if not for my knees and back hurting - more from being hunched over doing finish work than loading the hopper. You could do the job easier with a concrete truck or trailer, but I didn't have access for those or the manpower to finish that much area at once. This job would have been a nightmare with a standard barrel mixer. This fit our needs perfectly.
@@AlessioSangalli i can't figure out how to post a photo, but imagine 4 rows of squares about 4" apart in a grid pattern. We just did a row a day, then reset the forms for the next morning.
Looks like a nice, well engineered product. However unless you use it often, the $3K price tag makes it out of reach for most. I’m a home repair contractor and I’ll be here waiting for the price to come down while mixing mud in my wheelbarrow.

I like this…..but I’m thinking a Honda motor for my jobs with no electricity….
Need to make it go about 2foot high for a wheel barrow
A lot of our customers will put the mixer in the bed of the pick up and dump it in the wheel barrow that way.
Looking forward to robots taking over all the skilled work
Outdoor chairs not included.
Wondering How well it could expediate my shower pan installs . I usually pour them all
We have footage of shower pan install that will be posted soon! Great application for the Mud Mixer.
It should be larger
Not for the price of $2000 up. Under $800 and I might get one.
All day I lift them concretes at work I hate it lol
This will make your life easier!
Mud not gravel bearing concrete.
Hopefully I can rent it from home depot, cuz not worth buying this for 3k
$3000 🥵
I don't see 3,000$ of components, I don't see 1000$ I see 750$ machine maybe
Its called cement not mud.
Omg how slow is that
Remake this video without the loud music!!! Geez
$3K for it.
It look ti slow for me
Very dramatic music for a mixer
Its to expensive
The price is a non starter, sorry.
Not a practical machine. Good idea though.
thank god the video doesn't show us how it actually works. That would be more information than I could handle. And the horrible background music was a nice touch, too.
Cue stupid background music…..
Do they call concrete "mud" in your hillbilly part of the world?
I can do it faster by hand in a wheelbarrow!
I can see it being useful for where a normal mixer isnt practical, other than that its pointless. Only amateurs would consider this - of course, amateurs = gullible.
