And what would have happened after research? You have to move where you have to for what you want. There are people paying $800 insurance in Brampton, do you think they don't know they can move out for cheaper.
No amount of research or knowledge can prevent things from happening. If you're getting laid off, you will. If they increase the gas prices, they will. Its more about resilience.
