    I agree that mental health isn't talked about enough. I'm always 💯 open with my mental health struggles. I became an alcoholic in my 20's and was married to an abusive alcoholic. When he and I divorced, I drank heavier and more often and eventually, there wasn't a night that I didn't get completely wasted at the bars. I developed an eating disorder as well and didn't get help until I was 64 lbs and dying. Getting sober and beating the ED were the 2 hardest decisions I've ever made. Like you, I had to completely reinvent myself, which scared the daylights out of me. I'm still reinventing myself even 17 years later.
    I hate to think of people going through similar things all alone. So, I tell my story to whoever shows an interest, hoping it will help.

    My biological father has alot of mental issues im thr only one in my family that has mental issues. I can't take meds my stuff because my kidney shuts down i have sever depression im bipolar abd other issues i won't get into at this time but i get what you mean about we should be able to soeak iut about our feelings its to bad alot of ppl see it as weak
